Job Description
- 6 months to 5 years as Technical Recruiter (Bench Sales) in US Staffing industry.
- Must have a good understanding of IT and Technical concepts.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from the effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the time frame.
Desired Profile:
- Should have good experience working in Bench Sales.
- Should have exceptional phone etiquettes, pleasing personality, English communications skills.
- Candidates from US staffing preferred.
- Extremely motivated self-starter with an ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Effective in using different job boards.
- Effective in using Linkedin.
- Expertise in Boolean and X-Ray search.
- Deep understanding of different tax terms like OPT, CPT, H1, EAD (L2, H4), Green Card, US citizen.
- Working days : 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Job Timings : 8 pm to 5 am; weekends are fixed offs.
