- Inspection Handling
- Health & Safety Department
- Fire Department
- Documentation
- All official Letter Drafting
- Legal Letter reply (Coordinating with Advocate and Consultant)
- Appraisal
- Welfare:
- Inter Department Get together
- All IR Related Works
- Domestic Enquiry
- Follow ups with Court / Police Department / ACL Meeting
- Documentation process on enquiry proceedings
- Disciplinary action when ever its necessary
- Labour Office Communication
