Job Description

  • Designation-  HR & Administration Coordinator
  • Location- Manesar
  • Salary- Rs 20,000 to 25,000
  • Recruitment of contractual manpower as per plan & administration of all contract labour.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • Manage time office and Attendance.
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Manage and update ISO Documentation for the Department.
  • Managing workplace safety issues
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
