Designation- HR & Administration Coordinator
Location- Manesar
Salary- Rs 20,000 to 25,000
Recruitment of contractual manpower as per plan & administration of all contract labour.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Manage time office and Attendance.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Manage and update ISO Documentation for the Department.
Managing workplace safety issues
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
