We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrative Executive to join our Human Resources team.

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
(Work from Office | 6 days/week)
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:
Perform daily HR operations including documentation, record keeping, and file maintenance
Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in policy implementation
Assist in payroll processing by managing attendance data and updating salary changes
Coordinate employee onboarding – collecting documents, scheduling induction, and creating employee files
Support recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Maintain and update employee records using HRMS software
Track time and attendance using digital systems and report irregularities
Draft and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and resignation paperwork
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and support compliance processes
Ensure smooth communication within the HR department and across teams
Skills required:
Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with HRMS software (Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar tools)
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Good organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role
