Are you looking at a role wherein you will manage complete HR & Admin activities for Pune location?
We are looking for you to support MeFy's HR and Administration & Facility Management. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate company-wide recruiting effort including resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and follow-up.
• Assist with on-boarding new hires, including offer letter processing, start day coordination, processing new hire paperwork.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Advise and assist fellow teammates in all departments on company procedures and ensure compliance at all times.
• Coordinate employee events.
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Take on projects as needed such as researching more efficient ways to do what we’re doing.
• Develop, update and execute training programs within all functional areas.
• Respond to questions from employees about policies and HR programs.
• Conduct data analysis in partnership with the team related to many different activities.
• Conduct goal setting and performance reviews for the entire organization.
• Maintain relationships and schedules with target educational institutions.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
