Job Description
- We require candidate who is with good English communication and willing to work in IT industry as a HR Administrator
- Supports human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants, orienting new employees, administering employee benefit programs
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Ordering office stationery supplies
- Greeting clients
- As a part of the job and responsibility to travel if required any official duty.
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Depending on the organisation, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media.
- Regular monitoring and testing of office properties and computer system, power generators etc
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Writing reports for management and daily updates of office administration
