HR Administrator
Job Description
1) Responsible to set up HR systems and policies in the company in line with the view of the management.
2) Ensure implementation of these systems and policies as per procedure defined and agreed upon
3) Responsible for the entire recruitment Process. Fulfilling all joining formalities of the candidate.
4) Maintenance of proper files and keeping all relevant records of each candidate.
5) Annual Performance appraisals, bonuses etc.
6) Disciplinary action against misconduct as per certified standing orders
7) Fulfilling necessary exit formalities of leaving candidates, as well as coordinating with finance division to complete requisite formalities for them.
8) Managing the time office
9) Complete all HR related formalities to meet up rules of compliance. Updating management for any shortfalls and taking immediate corrective action

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
HR /admin, collections.
