Position Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated HR Agent to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates for job placements across Europe.
Key Responsibilities-
Source candidates through online media, social media, job boards, and advertising channels.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on our specific requirements.

Ensure each candidate:
-
Speaks and understands basic English
-
Holds a valid passport
-
Understands and accepts responsibility for paying visa application and document processing fees

Present suitable candidates to our onboarding team for further processing.

Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not mandatory.

Must have strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Able to work independently and meet weekly targets.

Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills.

€10 for each accepted candidate who passes your interview and meets our requirements.

€500 bonus when you reach 100 successfully placed candidates.

Weekly payouts, one week in arrears.

Opportunity to negotiate a full-time salary after a 30-day probation period based on performance.
