Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
Ensure proper exit formalities, clearance, and documentation during employee offboarding.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and personnel files.
Prepare HR reports such as attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
4. Employee Engagement
Support HR initiatives for employee engagement activities and company events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Support statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
