- Designation : Hr executive, Hr analyst, Recruiter
- Process : Staffing for BPO, ITES, IT and contract recruitments, End to end recruitment.
- Work Location : Bangalore
- Rounds of Interviews : HR Round & Manager Round
- Write and post technical job descriptions for IT permanant staffing
- Source potential candidates through databases, social media and portals
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to staff clients' requirements.
- Negotiate salary and other terms and conditions of the position with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
- Communicate effectively with teams in order to create a productive work environment and
- provide accurate, thorough documentation on employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
