TechnoRishi Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our team for the Bangalore location.

 

As an HR and Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our human resources and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating events. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

JOB ROLE: HR and Admin Executive

 

JOB TYPES: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

 

SCHEDULE

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability as and when required

 

EXPERIENCE: 6 months-2 years (Previous experience in a software company will be an added advantage)

 

CTC: 2-3 LPA (Negotiable)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1) Human Resources Activities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Oversee and maintain accurate Punch-in and out time and attendance records for all employees. Also, Manage and track employee leave requests and leave balances in compliance with Standard company policies.
  • Employees Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the entire payroll processing cycle to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. To maintain statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF) management while maintaining confidentiality and security of employee payroll records.
  • Redressing Employees Grievances: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding salary slips, appraisal concerns, and other payroll-related Queries.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and programs to boost morale and team spirit.

 

2) Admin Activities

  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, bills, expenses, and pantry items, ensuring availability and timely replenishment. Also, to Manage office equipment, maintenance, and facility-related tasks to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
  • Event Coordination: Managing office events budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Employees Travel Management: Organize and manage employee travel arrangements, accommodations, and reimbursements
  • Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of office equipment, assets, and IT resources, ensuring their proper utilization and record-keeping.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Handle company documentation, including agreements, contracts, and legal correspondence.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support Functions: Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders and service providers. Assist senior management in administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting

 

SKILLSET & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Education: Bachelor's /Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • HR and Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Expertise in managing office tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and coordinating meetings.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for addressing and resolving various HR and administrative issues promptly.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in payroll, employee records, and administrative tasks.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency with HR software, MS Office (particularly Excel and Word), and other relevant IT tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing work environments and requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for HR processes.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Awareness of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
