Role Overview
- The HR and Admin Leader is directly responsible for all the associate life cycle management for following positions and accountable to ensure for the other positions in all levels.
Recruitment:
- On boarding and Induction:
- Attendance and Leave management:
- Professional fee Processing
- Associate data management
- Performance management & various other HR functions
- Administrative work management which include the take care of office atmosphere , arranging meetings, client management and various other admin related activities.
- Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication for the district.
- Visit and participate in the block level review meetings twice in a month.
- Handle consultant grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and follow up for resolution.
- Play the role of all consultants champion by knowing and counseling their consultant as and when required.
- Post-Graduation or Graduate
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR and Admin
- A career in Branding, consulting, marketing company will be an asset
- Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Female Preferred
