Job Description
Assisting in maintaining HR database via CLMS, AMS & SAP in Time-office. CLMS & AMS both are for attendance and wages, SAP is for billing purpose i.e. PR, PO & SE.. ï· Delivering HR data reporting, looking for shortage of manpower and then tackle it with supervisor or in serious shortage I coordinate with owners too. Summarizing key metrics for management review and decision-making. ï· Contract bill management & billing process through CLMS & SAP via. ZFI, Purchase requisition, Purchase order & Service entry. Process by clearing attendance and creating wages sheet. ï· Monitoring Contractual attendance records, through contract labour management system and sending it to contract office for further process. ï· Monitoring compliance with labour laws, promoting a fair and equitable work environment. I also dealt with Face reader machine problem such as storage problems in that case I delete the persons who have left the company 1 year ago etc.
