Job Description – Human Resources Assistant.

Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding

Responsible for recruitment through referrals, consultancy.
Liaison with department heads for recruitment and input for vacancy and accordingly prepare and update job description and job specification.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment and handling further details thereof viz cross verifying candidate credentials with references.

Selection, Induction and on-boarding of employees, Offer letter, Appointment letter, Contracts and necessary paperwork for completion of all joining formalities.

Operations & Human Resources Database Administration

Skills / Expertise /Desired Qualification.

Any Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar role.
Diploma in HR is preferable/ MBA from Tier 2 or 3 college.
Good Communication Skill, Soft Skills & Interpersonal Skills desired for the role.
