Job Description
- Conduct TNA
- Develop training content, co-ordinate/deliver individual & group training based on organization need.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation program.
- Conduct/coordinate pre & post- training assessment.
- Maintain, track & follow-up the training coverage, publish report(s) on specific intervals.
- Develop training manual, SOP, training calendar etc.
- Only Malayalam speaking candidates
