Job Description

1) Partners with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR solutions to support those goals.

2) Development and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

3) Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and development plans

4) Work with the recruitment team and attract and retain top talents

5) Implement strategies for workforce planning, succession planning and talent development

6) Facilitate organizational change and cultural initiatives to support business goals

7) Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting effective thorough, and objective investigations

8) Analyzes and clearly presents data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides recommendations based on key trends and forecasts.
