Job Description
o Develop and manage effective sourcing techniques
o Develop and update job descriptions
o Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the team’s hiring requirements
o Screen resumes and candidates as per organization’s and team’s requirements
o Manage the entire interviewing process including setting up and conducting interviews,
shortlisting candidates, communicating results, etc.
o Draft and issue offer letters, relieving letters, and experience letters
o Develop, update and manage hiring processes
