- Responsible for managing the Trainers and Contract Staff
- Responsible for managing human resource requirements for Training
- Monitor and evaluate Trainers, Training programs effectiveness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good computer skills
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Develop and document Training schedule
