HR Consultant Jobs Opening in Interspence Solutions at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Recruitment
1. Assisting in screening potential employees' resumes, creating job description and listing the vacancies on search engine websites, shortlisting candidates and follow with the interview process
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including resumes, contact information, and interview feedback
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4. Conducting background checks and reference checks on shortlisted candidates
5. Onboarding and maintaining new joiner employee documents and filled in HRMS portal.
b. Employee Relations
1. Providing administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases
2. Supporting the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
3. Assisting in creating payroll data such as monthly attendance reports
4. Assisting in handling HRMS portal queries.
Other requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
