Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
2. Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
3. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
4. Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
5. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team's agenda
6. Coordinate training sessions and seminars
7. Perform orientations, and onboarding, and update records with new hires
8. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
9. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
10. Support other functions as assigned
