Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The role involves coordinating HR activities, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities — scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and maintaining candidate trackers.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain employee data and update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Admin, etc.) for smooth joining formalities.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation (offers, letters, attendance, leave records, etc.).
