Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The HR Coordinator will assist in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, attendance, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the HR department and employees, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including, benefits information, and other relevant data.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.
- KPI: Doing KPIs for employees for monitoring performance and productivity. Evaluating the performance and rewarding as per.
