Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and agencies.
Handle offer rollouts, background verification, and joining formalities.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Gather feedback and work on improving employee satisfaction.
Support internal communication initiatives.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
Handle queries related to payslips, deductions, and benefits.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support audits and documentation requirements.
5. Performance & Training
Assist in the performance review cycle.
Coordinate employee training and development sessions.
Track learning outcomes and maintain training records.
6. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Process full and final settlements.
Manage offboarding formalities and feedback collection.
