Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Oversee daily office functions, manage department calendars, and arrange meetings.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and draft correspondence or MIS reports.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (like HR, Finance, or IT) and external vendors.

  • Project & Event Coordination: Track ongoing department deliverables, assist with budget preparation, and coordinate special events or training sessions. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–5 years in administrative coordination or office management.

  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills
