Job Description
Position: HR Cum Telecaller
Experience: 0–6 Month
Location: Indore
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused HR Cum Telecaller who can handle both recruitment activities and sales/business development calls. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating with candidates while also reaching out to potential clients, pitching company services, and generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce/pitch company services.
- Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle both recruitment and sales responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development will be an advantage.
