HR Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure reports, dashboards, scorecards, and embedded analytics
- Provide insight on data to drive data driven decision making
- Optimization of reporting performance and keep reports tuned
- Designs, develop and deploys dashboards
- Provides standardized reports and ad-hoc reports related to people data for the organization -
Analyzing, monitoring, and producing reports, templates and dashboards for key HR metrics,
compliance, and other data
- Organizing and maintaining HR databases, including our core HRIS platforms and integrations - Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide back-end support on projects
- HR dashboard creation for consumption by senior stakeholders including Management
Committee reviews, HR leadership teams.
- Generating reports
