Roles and Responsibilities: Build the relationship between consultants and Sales team,
Escalate the issue /concerned to the right department in timely manner,
Employee Engagement and Relationship Building,
Talk to consultants on a weekly basis and create the weekly report,
update the ATS as a when consultant status changes,
Required:
Should be having excellent communication skills,
Should be willing to work in night shifts,
Should be proficient in oral/verbal communication,
Should be willing to work in Night shifts,
Good Email etiquette.
