Job Description: HR Executive / Intern

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring accurate maintenance of HR records.

Position Title: HR Executive
Location: Borivali, Mumbai (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities as per company policies.
Coordinate monthly payroll activities, including attendance tracking and leave management.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF and ESIC.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Work on SPINE HR Software for employee data management (knowledge of SPINE HR Plus is an added advantage).
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes.
Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, and payroll coordination.
Working knowledge of Spine HR Plus.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools

Educational Qualification

B.Com
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
