should have knowledge of PF, ESI, Pay Roll, EPF.
4.Compiling
and update employee records.
5.Process
documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. {Staffing,
Training, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal & Grievances etc.}
6.Conduct
initial orientation to newly hired employees.
7.Deal
with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
