Job Description
HR Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Manages leaves and appraisal for employees
- Monitors employee adherence to company policies
- Conducts weekly meetings
- Generates payslips for employees
- Perform other HR duties as directed.
- Degree in HR with one year work experience
- Confident behavior, ability to asses candidates in face to face interview
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
