Senior HR Executive for a well reputed Food company located in Khanna Location. Company is a manufacturer and trader of all kind of food items. Currently, they are looking for a Senior HR Executive with sharp communication skills and decent personality. Candidate must be well versed with ESI, PF and payroll responsibilities.

• Qualification:- MBA in HR
• Salary: -25000 to 40000 pm
• Experience:-3 to 5 years
• Location:- Khanna (Punjab)
• Skills:- Fluent in English will be preferred only

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
• Performing benefits administration
• Maintaining affirmative action programs
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Participating in administrative staff meetings
• Maintaining a company directory and other organizational charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
