Qualification : MBA HR /HR Course

Minimum experience required in this position: 3 years

Division : Pharma Formulation

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide current information about policies, job, and duties working conditions, wages, opportunities and employee benefits.
Handling employee database .(both in soft form and file management )
Handling day to day payroll process.
Maintain the record of leaves and attendance.
Attained the employee complaint and work to resolve conflicts.
Responsible for scheduling induction orientation and training to the newly joined employee.
Managing day to day courier stationery, outsourced facility management staff and checking monthly bills for the same.
Handling the setting appointment and arranging meeting.
Oversee the daily operations of the Hr department.
