Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have handled 400+ employess
- Joining Formalities & Documentation (Campus & Lateral)
- Vendor Management (Agreement, invoice processing etc.,)
- Managing Confirmation Appraisal month on month.
- Employee Benefits (Medical Insurance, PF Transfer & Closure, Gratuity)
- Separation Process
- Experience in Training & Development & Employee Engagement.
- Employee Relations (Organizing, Coordinating & Implementing the events)
- MIS Report Management (Employee information maintenance)
- Performance Review Support (Follow ups & Status maintenance)
