- You shall be part of the digital start up company in Bangalore.
- You shall be responsible for helping in the hiring and onboarding of the consultant for company and its clients .
- Sourcing of the profile through HR partners
- managing the data base of the candidates
- getting the test co-ordinated and completed by the candidates
- Managing interview schedule of the shortlisted candidate
- Offer letters
- Joining follow up
- ensuring onborning of candidate
- Consolidating the time sheet and leave of consultant
- eventually growing into the role of HR , performance management , Organisation management and growth etc
