Sourcing Resumes for Senior level Hire Positions.
- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting
process to include sourcing and identifying candidates, phone screening, ,
submitting, scheduling client interviews and conducting follow-ups.
- Successfully review job descriptions to
understand the needs of the hiring manager.
- Understand technology, technical roles and
technical skills.
- Sourcing and uncovering candidates and
screening the competence of candidates against a technical job description .
- Formally process and submit candidates to
clients, completing all necessary documentation including formal write ups.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook
