What You Will Do:
- We are in an exciting growth phase at Hevo and are looking for someone to join our HR department to help us attract the right people for key roles within the organization.
- You’ll be responsible for building Hevo’s talent recruitment brand and developing the full-cycle recruitment pipeline.
- A successful person in this role will demonstrate the ability to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- We are looking for a smart, driven and savvy individual who can work with us to find the absolute best people to grow our team.
- You will manage our talent brand and public presence as an employer – our website, jobs site, job board posts, go to physical career fairs, meetups, and other events on our behalf
- You will coordinate with leadership team to identify staffing needs
- You will foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- You will be the primary point of contact for all candidates from the first email to close, organizing and scheduling interviews
- You will make sure our team is aligned with what we are looking for in each role, and help bring the team together when evaluating candidates
- You will train interviewers and build a culture of recruiting excellence including running a tight, organized interview process that impresses candidates and positions Hevo in the best possible light
- You will reach out to passive candidates directly, sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- You will work with our existing team to generate more employee referrals
- You will do initial screens for every candidate
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, AngelList, Github, and others we may not know about!)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Learn and grow with an 8-person startup

We are a small team of < 10 people working on a cutting-edge problem to make companies data driven.
