- Graduates/PG , Freshers /Experienced candidates invited for the profile of HR Recruiter.

- Good communication skills and writing skills so as to independently correspond as and when required.
- Sourcing talent through different sources like job portals, social media network.

- Internet Mining, Research, Industry mapping, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management.
- Salary Negotiation
- Recruitment coordination with candidates
- Maintain Database
- Interview Co-ordination
- Searching Candidates as per the requirement
- Scheduling Interviews
- Follow-ups (Pre/Post Joining)
- Handling End-to-end recruitment in competitive environment.
- Involved in full cycle of recruitment.
- HR Screening and short-listing the resumes.
- Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, Skills, knowledge and abilities and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to making hiring decisions.
- Experience in handling Positions of senior levels i.e. middle levels to top management level.
- Scrutinizing resumes according to the requirement.
- Short listing suitable candidates against requirements.
- Involved in Permanent Staffing
- Analyzing and evaluating CVs for the requirements
- Effective interaction with clients and the candidates for smooth operation
- Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC and ensuring the joining of candidates
- Key account management
- Visiting clients on monthly basis to have better relationship and understanding
- Update weekly recruiting activity report on open/filled positions and attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss recruiting strategies.
- Following up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issues such as Compensation review, relocation.
- Generating weekly reports
