Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Scheduling the interview both internal & external client venue.
Source candidates from portals, social networking sites
Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement.
Interviewing candidate to check their communications skills, technical skills, as per client needs& their suitability.
Coordinating with the clients to get the requirement and following up with them for the feedback of the process profile.
Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates.
Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates.
