Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Sourcing.
Analysis of job descriptions to understand client requirements.
Sourcing profiles, via Job Portals as per client requirement
Short-listing, resume evaluation, and first level screening of suitable candidates over phone.
Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client.
Screening and short listing the candidates as per the job description of the clients and then sourcing to respective clients.
Being domain expert for respective client and industry.
Coordinating with the clients and candidates.
Ensuring that we reach their requirements and close the given number of positions in a given time
