Job Description

  • Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition
  • Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
  • Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
  • Document the information captured in the system.
  • Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
  • Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
