Job Description
- Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition
- Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
- Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
- Document the information captured in the system.
- Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
- Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
