- We at PIN CLICK (pinclick.com) are hiring for HR Executive for Campus Recruitment. We are looking for the candidates having experience of 0-1 yrs.
- Engage in campus engagement activities.
- Be a custodian and promote of the brand at campus
- Maintain healthy and effective working relationships with stakeholders at various campus;
- Stakeholders Management : Students, placement committees, chairpersons leading placement committees etc
- Understand business requirements and tap the right talent pools from the campus
- Maintain MIS, daily recruiting activities reports
- Prepare and send offer letters to shortlisted candidates
- 0-1 year experience can apply
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be graduate, MBA is preferable
- Should have knowledge of MIS
- Should be willing to travel to campus
