Job Description
Responsibility:
- Attending calls from employees deployed at different
companies
- Provide HR assistance through interactions
- Track issues raised by employees and bring it to closure
- Provide accurate information
- Coordinate with different teams and provide required
information on a regular basis
- Any graduate fresher/ experienced
- Good communication skills
- Should be ready to work in Day/UK shift
- Should have good logical skills BPO call taking experience would be added advantage
- Night shift log out will have cab facilities
