· Completion of process on the Online Tool - Support the candidates and Hiring Managers with the online documentation right up to pre-joining.
· Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
· Other Reports etc on an ad-hoc basis as requested
