Responsibilities:

• Work with recruiters to post their job requirements on our portal
  
•  Invite the Job seekers to post their resumes on our jobs portal
  
•  Motivate the job seekers to visit our portal frequently and inform them about the jobs postings are per their jobs requirements.
  
• Promote the jobs posted by Recruiters on social media (like Facebook,whatsapp, Twitter etc) and get the attention of job seekers.
  
• Create our own groups on Facebook and WhatsApp and post the Jobs and get the resumes for those jobs
  
• Develop a large network with Jobs consultants, HRs of other companies, Entrepreneurs and encourage them to create Recruiter accounts on our jobs portal. Encourage them to post all their jobs needs on our portal.
  
• Actively communicate with Jobs recruiters and Jobs seekers with emails, phone calls and SMS as the need to effectively maintain relationships with them.
  
• Work closely with software development team for the enhancement of website as well as Mobile app and test the Website and App once the features are developed
  
• Monetize our Jobs Portal in all possible ways.
  
• Get large traffic and userbase for our Jobs Portal.
  
• Contact Recruiters in Linkedin and get connected with them to establish effective relation with them
  
• Visit the colleges and conduct campaigns and get the resumes from the Final year students to apply as freshers.
  
• As we would have developed a large database of resumes, we will work with companies to get their jobs requirements and do the placements and get the revenue.
  
• Use Digital marketing skills to promote Jobs portal.
