Job Description
- Position:Executive HR
(Recruitment)
- Reporting to:Manager - HR
- Education- MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
- Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR /Recruitment in any industry.
Operational functions:
- To ensure proper distribution of manpower across the department
- To receive manpower requisition from HODs with respective Director’s approval.
- To screen the database according to the positions and send to the HODs
- To arrange the interviews with department heads.
- Follow the process till the recruitment in completed.
- To prepare personal file of the new recruits.
- To prepare data base of prospective resumes according to the position.
- To segregate and scrutinize the database.
- To ensure day to day correspondence is handled efficiently.
- To ensure proper coordination is provided for training.
- To help in yearly appraisal process.
- Daily reporting to Manager HR.
- Handling joining formalities
- providing induction to new joine
