Job Description
- QTONIX is looking for Experienced HR, having sound knowledge in recruitment and generalist profile.

- Position: HR Executive
- No of Vacancy: 1
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years
- Candidate has to handle End to End Recruitment.
- Interviewing and testing job seekers.
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants.
- Screening and short listing candidates for employers to interview.
- Building relationships with employees and job seekers.
- Recruiting candidates for different positions.
- Understanding the JD and working upon the company needs.
- Scheduling for the interview.
- conduct Joining & Exit formalities.
- Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
- Leaves and Attendance Managemen
- Should have to deal with Employee Engageme
- Should follow company policies and ensure the same pass on to other levels of hierarchy.
- Maintaining Database/Payroll
- MBA in HR is a must.
- Good communication skill in English
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Salary on Time every time
- Second Saturdays & Sundays fixed off
- No overtime
- Increment every 6 months
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday),10.00 AM to 2.00 PM (Saturdays)
- Salary: Rs. 10000 Per month
