Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage day to day operations of HR operations.
Responsible for payroll management- Monitor Attendance and run monthly payroll effectively on time.
Good knowledge of compliance such as PF/ESI and other relevant taxes.
Maintain HR MIS
Recruitment Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.
Handle employee grievances and understand resolve them as quickly as possible.
Formulate innovative ways to recruit fresh talent
Maintain a healthy and fun work environment which is also fair in all respects.

Required Experience and Qualifications
MBA in HR (desired)
3+ years of experience working in HR
