Job Description

Require Smart and Efficient HR Executive, Who can handle the below details:

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Recruitment process - Posting in job portals,
  • Shortlisting candidates, coordination with HR Manager for the final interview, salary negotiation.
  • Attendance and Leave Management.
  • Salary & Payroll Processing.
  • Event management such as monthly employee engagement activities, Festivals, Birthdays, Any other celebration, etc. - programs, preparation, budget, decoration, team division, delegation, approval from management, intimation to the team.
  • Ensure Timely & Accurate Payroll Processing & Proper Disbursal of Employee Benefits - Leaves, ESI\PF, Medical.
  • To develop new vendors online/offline to minimize cost.
  • Generate Visiting cards for existing employees and new joiners.
  • Generate ID cards for existing employees and new joiners within one week of joining.
  • Salary slip Generation.
  • Offer Letter Generation.
  • Resignation formalities - Exit checklist, Experience letter, relieving Letter, Final settlement, give last date (Notice period), Exit Interview.
  • Employee Documentation including all types of letters/Inductions related forms etc.
  • Timely update of recruitment tracker.
  • Induction of new joiners and ensuring all the assets and training have been provided to them.
  • Maintain employee database.
  • Provide KRA/KPI to existing employees and new joiners.
  • Admin/organization of the training programs as per monthly training Calendar.
  • Attrition report.
  • Meeting Recruitments Targets on Time & with Effectiveness
  • Identifying the training requirements with the help of HR team and planning/conducting the same.
  • Ensure Employee Retention / Ensuring employee satisfaction targets
  • Send Appraisal Letters
  • Create a Performance Improvement Plan and coordinate with managers for tracking the performance of employees on this plan.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit, and other HR and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Min 1-3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Payroll, HR Management applications
