Job Description
Recruitment & Selection
- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse channels after identification of manpower requirements. Hands on Experience on Job Portals i.e. Naukri, Monster India & US monster, indeed with Sourcing Methodologies
- Search new institutes for alliance and coordinate with existing institutes for Campus Arrangements.
- Negotiating salaries, generating offer letters and managing post offer documentation.
- Organizing group On-boarding and orientation programmes for the new joiners.
- Complete Exit formality with Assisting in full & final settlement and Exit Interview of employees.
Performance Management System
- Designing and implementing Performance Appraisal System
- Conduct Awareness Training program of Performance Appraisal System for Employees.
- Setting up KRA across all levels to ensure the organizational goals are clear to the employees.
- Overseeing the Performance Management System across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Appraisal process linked to Rewards Management.
- Assist management for Yearly Increment, Promotions & progressions.
Training and Development
- Design Training Calendar and coordinate with trainers across various levels/Grades
- Conducting Induction training for new joiners.
- Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
- Conducting customized training programmers based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower
HR Operations
- Modification & implementation of HR Policies and Communication Strategy.
- Track on employee’s attrition and enhance the system to streamline the same
- Responsible for Headcount Management & Reporting to the group/management and maintaining
- Preparation of Organization charts.
- Handling day-to-day employee grievances.
- Managing Recruitment Report, Absenteeism Report and attrition report.
Exit Formalities
- Conduct & analysis of Exit interviews, coordinating post-resignation formalities & clearances
- Responsible for full & final settlements.
- Issuing Relieving/Experience letters.
Qualification
- The person should have a full time MBA in HR or equivalent (MSW, PGDBA in HR/LR)
- The person should have a minimum of post MBA experience of 2 years in relevant HR functions
- Computer Literacy: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) is preferred and ability to analyse trends from data
- It is desirable if the person has a combination of an established company environment as well as a start-up environment
- Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and yearly dashboards and presentations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment.
