- BBA / MBA – HR specialization
- Would prefer 1 – 2 yrs of relevant work experience in HR / Admin related activities, either prior to MBA in full time or part time while pursuing their studies
- Good communication skill in English and Tamil is a must & spoken Hindi is added advantage.
- Self starter with lateral thinking ability
- Good organization skills & time management
- Tenacity & Attention to details
- Well developed interpersonal skills with ‘what next’ attitude
- Computer literacy in Internet/Email/MS Office is a must
- Compensation as per industry norms and not a constraint for right candidate
- CTC will depend on candidate and his/her experience.
